Recipe for Microwave Rice Crispy Treats
- 6 Cups GFCF rice crispy cereal
- 40 large marshmallows (or 4 cups mini-marshmallows)
- 3 tablespoons dairy free butter
In a large microwave safe bowl, heat butter and marshmallows at HIGH for 3 minutes, stir after 2 minutes. Stir until smooth. Add rice crispy cereal. Stir until coated. Use ice cream scoop to form balls or press mixture into 13×9 inch pan coated with cooking spray. Let cool. Eat. Enjoy!
